These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital meditations, sound journeys, spiritual courses, templates, and services (“Products”) offered by Earth Star Abundance™ (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, downloading, or accessing our Products, you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
By using our Products, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
All audio files, digital guides, templates, meditations, graphics, copy, and other creative content are the intellectual property of Earth Star Abundance™.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own individual use only.
You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
You are expressly prohibited from using any part of Earth Star Abundance’s brand assets—including Eva’s voice, likeness, video/audio appearances, or meditative content—for AI training, voice cloning, deepfakes, image generation, or any other machine learning purposes.
Any such misuse will be met with legal recourse including, but not limited to, claims for misrepresentation and violation of publicity and intellectual property rights.
Your purchase does not grant you resale, commercial use, or public redistribution rights.
Sharing meditation downloads, PDFs, or any private course material with others is strictly prohibited.
Our content is educational and spiritual in nature and is not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
By participating in our offerings, you agree to take full responsibility for your personal wellbeing and actions. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

We reserve the right to revoke access if any Terms are violated. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
We may, at our discretion, notify you and offer a five (5) business day period to resolve the issue before access is removed.
All disputes will be resolved via confidential binding arbitration under the laws of Sweden, or as otherwise required by EU law.
You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in Sweden, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products or services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
